Yoga Art Music or YAM, is a yoga studio with uplifting lecturers and a down-to-earth vibe. YAM was opened by lake highlands residents, Jen & Trey Johnson, with the aim to create a community-based space to help spotlight amazing local yoga academics, artists and musicians. Illumined by pure daylight filtered via the plush greenery of Prospect Park, the Art & Music Collection is a tranquil and contemplative house to read and work.
